01 — ABOUT

The courtroom is my office.

My legal practice focuses on debt enforcement, compensation claims and complex civil disputes. Over the course of my career, I have been involved in hundreds of debt recovery cases, litigation proceedings, as well as liquidation and bankruptcy matters. This experience allows me to quickly assess when it is worth taking decisive legal action to enforce a claim, and when another solution better serves my client’s interests.

Honest communication comes first

Good legal representation starts with honest communication: a clear understanding of your options, expected outcomes, risks and costs.

A strategic perspective

I hold a PhD in Military Science. I do not view disputes solely as legal questions, but also analyze them from a strategic perspective.

No unnecessary litigation

I will honestly tell you whether it is worth initiating legal proceedings in a given matter — and if it is not.

04 — TIMING

When should you consult a lawyer?

Many people only turn to a lawyer when the problem has already escalated significantly. However, experience shows that timely legal advice can often prevent lengthy and costly disputes. It is advisable to seek legal assistance as soon as possible if:

  • you have a significant monetary claim
  • you have suffered damage and wish to enforce compensation
  • you may be entitled to a grievance award
  • you are about to conclude a contract
  • a lawsuit has been filed against you
  • you have received an official demand or court document
